Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: We aim to process orders received before 3pm the same working day they are received. Please allow 24 hours to process your order on Sundays. Expect an email within 12hours to let you know your order is on the way!
Orders are generally shipped using Royal Mail for England, Wales and Scotland and Yodel for Northern Ireland. We offer both Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48), Express Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24) and Royal Mail Next Day before 1pm on orders made before 3pm.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. House of Tor is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We are currently trialing duty paid shipping for parcels sent to the USA. Please let us know if you have any questions.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery on eligible items, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We do not offer returns for piercing jewellery. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thehouseoftor.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
